Laundry near Me; The Issue of Closet Security

Laundry near me means “I am near a Laundry Services Facility.” As a Londoner, you will understand what this means. It is convenient to you when you need your laundry done as opposed to walking two or three blocks away in order to do so. Many Laundry Services is located conveniently in the heart of the city where you can access from the Underground, bus stops, and even taxis. They are usually very clean and have modern machines that require little maintenance which saves you time and money on energy costs.

There are several Laundry Services in London that I use on a regular basis. My favorite is upstairs at the flat I share with my partner. This is our laundry room so we don’t have to worry about anyone else using the space but us. The Laundry Room is a short distance away from our flat so we can do our laundry quickly when it is time instead of waiting for the laundry to dry outside on our outdoor washer/dryer. We also have a mini-fridge and mini-sink so it is very convenient to store extra detergent and washcloths when they are finished.

A few weeks ago, our Laundry Services guy, who is my neighbor, came by to do his thing and left a big mess on one of the wooden benches next to our Laundry Room. Upon further investigation, we discovered that the bench he had broken into had a loose plank beneath it. This had obviously been left there by the previous owner. The benches near our laundry services are usually quite wooden and should last a very long time without any damage. Some people like to bring their own bench, but that would be a very costly addition to our property.

The Laundry and Dry Cleaners in London also offer services outside of the city. We live on the outskirts of London so many of our friends and family that live out in the country or overseas use these services as well. I have heard of some interesting stories involving people borrowing items from the dry cleaners and not using them again. Obviously this isn’t something we want to hear about, but it does happen. My laundry services guy suggests to me that maybe we should all buy mini-spas and dry our clothes in them instead of leaving them out in the cold.

My Laundry Services guy tells me that he is going to put a new lock on all the exterior doors of our laundry facility and replace all the automatic washers with manual ones. He says he will have someone monitoring the gates to make sure nobody comes in but him or herself. The security at all of our entrances should be high tech like a magnetic lock or a chain link fence. Hopefully the laundry facility next door will be adopting these new measures as well and stop people from rushing in while we are inside and using the dryer as a weapon.

Please consider all this and think on it. We are close to Disneyland and it only takes a few minutes to get my car washed, but it can take much longer sometimes when I have to use the dryer. Please consider all this. Please consider all this in 2020.
